Orders and prices
All prices are shown in US dollars. No sales tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout; depending on the value of the parcel, your own customs authority may charge import duties on delivery, as set out on the shipping page.
Shipping is free unless a page says otherwise. The price shown when you order is the price that applies, even if it changes afterwards. Your order is firm once payment is confirmed, and you receive a summary by email.
If an obvious pricing error appears on the site — a decimal point in the wrong place, that sort of thing — we will contact you before dispatching rather than silently cancel, and you may confirm at the corrected price or have a full refund.
The product
The pillows sold here are ordinary household goods. They are not medical devices, they are not sold to treat any condition, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice. Photographs and descriptions are as faithful as we can make them.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own checkout; we never see or store your full card number.
Delivery
We ship to 4 countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. Parcels leave within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 6–10 business days in total. If we cannot meet that, we tell you before the deadline and you may cancel for a full refund.
Your statutory rights
These terms never reduce a right the law gives you. What the law gives you differs by country, so it is set out in detail on the cancellation page. In short:
- United Kingdom — a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 on satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and description.
- Australia — consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
- United States and Canada — no federal right to cancel an online purchase; provincial rules may apply in Canada, Quebec in particular.
On top of all of that, and everywhere, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies. It is a contractual promise and it covers changing your mind.

Reviews published on this site were written by buyers of this pillow. We do not pay for reviews, do not offer anything in exchange for one, and do not suppress negative ones.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow to be limited — which in the United Kingdom and Australia covers a good deal.
If something goes wrong
Write to [email protected] first: the overwhelming majority of situations are settled that way, usually within a day.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States — except that if you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own country’s courts. Nothing here is intended to take that away, and where a clause would have that effect, that clause does not apply to you.
