One shop, one subject: the neck while you sleep
Cradleform does not sell bedding in general. We work on one thing: what holds up the head and the neck through the seven hours nobody spends watching their posture.
We start from reviews, not spec sheets. Before we take on a pillow, we read every published review of it and we sort them: what buyers actually describe, what they hold against it, what recurs from one country to the next. A model without usable reviews does not enter the catalogue, however good it looks on paper.
How we pick a model
Then we favor products that solve a real problem of use over products that line up selling points. That is what led us to a pillow with two sides at different heights: it answers the one question everybody actually has, which is what thickness works when you sleep partly on your back and partly on your side.
Where our numbers come from
We describe what the product does: support the neck and hold alignment during sleep. A pillow is a comfort product — for pain that has settled in, a health professional has the answer.
What we sell
Two items, no more: a memory foam pillow for the night, and a travel pillow for journeys. Both answer the same problem — a head that stops being held once the neck muscles let go — in two situations that have nothing in common.
We only widen the catalogue when a model passes the same review reading as the first. It is slow, and deliberately so: a broad range forces you to write pages about products you barely know.
How our pages are written
Every page starts from the questions buyers and searchers actually ask: the ones in the reviews, and the ones Google shows underneath its results. We answer them one by one, in the order they come up.
Our descriptions rest on three sources: the published reviews, the measurable characteristics of the product, and what buyer photographs show when you open them. When a piece of information comes from none of the three, it is not on the site.
A concrete example: the height difference between the two sides of the pillow was confirmed on buyer photographs, not on a product sheet. That kind of check is what decides what we write.
