What gets you a faster answer
Three pieces of information save a round trip, and save you a day:
- Your order number, if this is about an order in progress. It is on the confirmation email sent at the moment of payment.
- A photo, if the item arrived damaged or is not what was ordered. In most cases that is enough — you usually do not have to send anything back.
- Your sleeping position and your build, if the question is about height. That is what decides which side to use, and we cannot answer without it.
How fast we reply
